OTHER / Article Second is revised to read as follows: ARTICLE SECOND The objects for which this corporation is established are: To provide humanitarian, medical, and socio-economic aid and support for women, children and vulnerable populations, both internationally and domestically; In conjunction with the provision of aid, to empower disadvantaged persons, to provide education and to encourage self-sustainability; and To undertake any other legal activity or activities permitted to an entity that is a tax-exempt organization, as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. No substantial part of the activities of the corporation will be carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation (except as otherwise expressly permitted by law), and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office.
